Our Mission
Our mission is to cultivate a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) comprised of a network woven together with a Social Purpose Corporation (SPC) to create new ways to collectively create community and change. We pair AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology with our skills and experience to harness the strength of cooperation. We aim to perpetuate peace and freedom by providing a way for folks to join forces and harness our collective energy.

The Seed Team
The Seed Team is a group of advisors and consultants that have gathered to help guide the DAO at its inception. They are not initial investors, or centralized management. The seed team helps guide each project with their knowledge and expertise. The community creates the course via the Born Free DAO and a Social Purpose Corporation (SPC) to add legal standing. This structure is strengthened by AI analysis and guidance.

How it Works
1. Unique NFT’s represent an active part of real life projects and events that are only limited by the imagination. Activities and properties are for the use of all NFT holders.
2. Each NFT represents more than just ownership of the art. Born Free NFT’s (BorNFT’s) give members access to the network of communities that offer experiences, and events around the globe. The DAO oversight ensures the community is benefiting to the fullest extent.
3. Each BorNFT offering supports our current projects, properties and purposes- all secured via the blockchain.

The DAO
The BornFree DAO governs and guides the direction of Born Free NFT offerings and partnerships.
New projects and ideas are discussed and voted upon in an open forum through our Discord Community and associated decentralized DAO platforms and tools like Snapshot and Notion.
Tokenomics
NONE. There are no tokens – only NFT’s that spark meaningful action. All circulating NFT’s will only be minted upon purchase with the exception of NFT’s minted for the Genesis Project and live development of platform functionality.
Benefits
A Social Purpose Corporation (SPC) and a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) work well together as a hybrid entity, combining the legal structure of a SPC with the decentralized governance of a DAO.

Shareholder and Member Alignment
Shareholders of the SPC could also be DAO members. This alignment works in several ways:
- NFT-Based Ownership: Shares in the SPC are issued in a legal traditional manner while NFT’s represented utility on the blockchain, with these tokens also granting voting rights in the DAO.
- Dual Roles: Shareholders have traditional equity ownership in the SPC while also participating in DAO governance through NFT holdings.
- Incentive Alignment: By making shareholders DAO members, there’s a direct incentive for active participation in the organization’s governance and mission.

Community-Centric NFT Utility
The primary value of these NFTs is access to community events, activities, and locations:
- NFT holders gain exclusive or priority access to various properties, events, conferences, concerts, and celebrations organized by the Social Purpose Corporation (SPC).
- These events include both virtual and in-person gatherings, fostering a strong sense of community among NFT holders.
- The NFTs serves as “membership passes” to these community activities and locations, creating a sense of exclusivity and belonging.

Born Free NFT’s are ready for any type of action.
What is ERC-1155?
A standard interface for contracts that manage multiple token types. A single deployed contract may include any combination of fungible tokens, non-fungible tokens or other configurations (e.g. semi-fungible tokens).
What is meant by Multi-Token Standard?
The idea is simple and seeks to create a smart contract interface that can represent and control any number of fungible and non-fungible token types. In this way, the ERC-1155 token can do the same functions as an ERC-20 and ERC-721 token, and even both at the same time. And best of all, improving the functionality of both standards, making it more efficient, and correcting obvious implementation errors on the ERC-20 and ERC-721 standards.
